(click the image to make this picture larger to enjoy the sheer beauty of this place.)
So, I decided that I found a piece of Heaven on Earth. It’s in a little town that is just about 45 minutes east of Portland, OR named Cascade Locks. It is such a beautiful and quiet little place. It really is a place one (me) could live in for the rest of a lifetime.

This is cool. Haven’t ever seen a normal barcode that’s been turned into a graphic. (Taken with instagram)

So, I’ve been meaning to update my website to match the new look for a long time now…. Now I can say that I did it! Yippee! Colors have been changed, typefaces match, and the header is correct again. I was plesantly surprised it didn’t take as long as I expected it to. This is the first time that I’ve had everything match and I’m happy… My website, blog, and business cards all resemble each other so you know they’re all me. :)

Anyhow, check it out if you’d like… www.stevenakers.com or click on the “Portfolio Site” link at the top of the page. Both work. It’s nothing fancy, but I still think it looks pretty great. It’s the same as it has been, but newer.
Have a good… um… Day/afternoon/evening/night/…!

Went out shooting today. Was about 8 inches from a rattle snake at one point. Too scared to get a picture of it. Hah.
